Bridgebay has adopted the CFA Institute Code of Ethics ("Code of Ethics") for all supervised persons of the firm. The Code of Ethics describes its high standard of business conduct, and fiduciary duty to its clients. All supervised persons at Bridgebay must acknowledge the terms of the Code of Ethics periodically. Bridgebay requires all of our supervised persons to conduct business with the highest level of ethical standards and to comply with all federal and state securities laws at all times.

All supervised persons sign an acknowledgement that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with our Code of Ethics. Our firm and supervised persons must conduct business in an honest, ethical, and fair manner and avoid all circumstances that might negatively affect or appear to affect our duty of complete loyalty to all clients. All Bridgebay consultants and employees must read and sign our Code of Ethics and adhere to it at all times.
